This privacy policy explains what data Nautilus AI Inc (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects when you use our website.

What We Collect

Short answer: Almost nothing.

Here’s what actually happens:

  1. Cloudflare Turnstile: When you submit contact forms, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam. Cloudflare collects your IP address and browser fingerprint - we don’t store this, Cloudflare just verifies you’re human.

  2. Standard server logs: Like every website, our server automatically logs IP addresses and page requests. This is standard web server stuff - we don’t actively track you.

  3. Form submissions: If you fill out a contact form, you’re providing us with your name, email, and message because you want to get in touch with us. We store this information in our CRM so we can respond to you and follow up. If you change your mind later, just email us and we’ll delete your data.

  4. Theme preference: Your light/dark mode preference is stored locally in your browser. We never see this.

What We Don’t Collect

  • No cookies for tracking or analytics
  • No Google Analytics or other tracking scripts
  • No advertising trackers

We’re not trying to build a profile on you. We just keep the contact information you give us when you want to talk to us.

How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to contact form submissions
  • Prevent spam (via Cloudflare Turnstile)
  • Keep the website running (standard server logs)

Information Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with anyone except:

  • Cloudflare (for spam prevention - they already have it)
  • If legally required (we’ll comply with the law if asked)

We intentionally collect almost nothing. We can’t share what we don’t store.

Data Retention

We keep form submission data in our CRM so we can respond to you and maintain our business relationships. If you want us to delete your information, just ask - we’ll remove it. Server logs are standard web server stuff. Your theme preference stays on your device until you clear your browser data.

Your Rights

If you want to know what data we have on you, email us at support@nautilusml.com and we’ll tell you. If you want us to delete your information from our CRM, just ask and we’ll remove it. No questions asked.

Third Party Services

We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. Check Cloudflare’s privacy policy if you want to know what they collect.

If we link to other websites, their privacy policies apply, not ours.

Changes to This Policy

If we start collecting more data, we’ll update this page. But we’re not planning on it.
